1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When purchasing a product from Tibo Ltd, your payment is encrypted using Secure Payment Processing technology. Moreover, your credit card details are not retained or visible to any Tibo Ltd employees.
2. PAYMENT TYPES
Tibo Ltd accepts payment via Paypal and the following debit and credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
3. PROMOTIONAL CODES
If you are using a promotional code, please enter it in the Coupon Code field on the basket page and press Apply. The related price adjustment will then be calculated automatically.
4. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on our website, Tibo Ltd reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched. Please note that Tibo Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Tibo Ltd products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm successful ordering and payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or become uncertain if your payment was successful, please contact Customer Service at email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include all available information on your order to expedite our service towards you.
6. AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at email: email@example.com.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched Tibo Ltd is unable to amend or cancel it.
